dc.description.abstract	تعتبر السياسة المالية إحدى الركائز الأساسية التي تقوم عليها السياسة الاقتصادية ويتم استخدامها لتحقيق أهداف هذه الأخيرة، فبواسطة السياسة المالية تستطيع الحكومة التصرف بمواردها الضريبية وتنفذ خططها ومشاريعها عن طريق اعتماد النفقات اللازمة لذلك بما يتلاءم والوضع الاقتصادي العام. من خلال هذه الدراسة سيتم تسليط الضوء على ماهية السياسة المالية وأهدافها وأدواتها. ثم نتطرق إلى تطور الإنفاق العام في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1992-2011 بشقيه النفقات الجارية والاستثمارية.	en_US
