تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على تدريب الموارد البشرية وبيان أهميته ومراحله التي يمر بها، وإلقاء الضوء أيضا على الأداء وبيان أهمية قياسه والعوامل التي تؤثر عليه، ولا تتوقف الدراسة عند هذا الحد بل تحاول بيان أثر التدريب على أداء الموارد البشرية في مجمع صيدال فرع فرمال بعنابة باستعمال الأدوات الإحصائية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة ارتباط إيجابية بين التدريب وأداء الموارد البشرية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة. Abstract: This study aims to shed light on human resources training and its importance and stages that passes by, and shed light also on the performance and its importance measured and the factors that affect it, do not stop the study at this point but are trying to demonstrate the impact of training on the performance of human resources in Saidal factory branch Farmal Annaba using statistical tools, Has concluded that there is a positive correlation between training and performance of human resources in the organization study. |
