| dc.description.abstract | لعل توفر العامل المالي يساعد الجزائر في الارتقاء بالاقتصاد الوطني من خلال احتلاله لمراتب متقدمة في التصنيفات العالمية لمختلف المؤشرات التي تعكس تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، لذلك جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لتبحث في قدرة الأموال الضخمة المحققة من ارتفاع قياسي في أسعار النفط في السوق العالمية على تحسين المستوى الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والسياسي والثقافي وتحقيق الرفاهية لأفراد المجتمع وبالتالي الوصول إلى تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية المنشودة،و قد حاولت الدراسة القياسية الكشف عن وجود علاقة توازنية بين سعر النفط وبعض المؤشرات التي تمكن من قياس التنمية الاقتصادية(الناتج الداخلي الخام،متوسط الدخل الفردي،مؤشر التنمية البشرية. Résumé : La disponibilité du facteur financier en Algérie contribue à l'amélioration de l'économie nationale à travers l'occupation de haut rang dans les classements mondiaux pour les différents indicateurs qui reflètent la réalisation du développement économique. Cette étude est venue examiner la capacité financière pour améliorer le niveau du bien-être économique, social, politique et ainsi accéder à réaliser le développement économique souhaité. L’étude économétrique essaye de trouver une relation d'équilibre entre le prix du pétrole et certains des indicateurs qui permettent la mesure du développement économique (PIB, revenu par habitant, l'indice de développement humain DHI). | en_US |
