Abstract

حققت الثورة الجزائرية في مطلع عام 1960 انتصارات هامة على الصعيد الداخلي والخارجي، فقد التأم شمل القيادة عقب اجتماع العقداء العشرة ووحدت الإستراتيجية المستقبلية في الدورة الثالثة للمجلس الوطني للثورة، وقد وضعت قيادة الثورة نصب أعينها توسيع جبهة المواجهة مع العدو إلى أقاصي الصحراء وإقامة جبهتين، واحدة على الحدود الليبية ـ الجزائرية والأخرى على الحدود المالية والنيجيرية ـ الجزائرية، وذلك من اجل إشراك سكان المنطقة الجنوبية الصحراوية في الكفاح التحرري، والتأكيد على البعد الإفريقي للثورة الجزائرية، ومواجهة مخطط فصل الصحراء الشرس، وفتح جبهة عسكرية جديدة لإلهاء قوات العدو، وإقامة شبكات ومنافذ جديدة للتموين والتسليح والاتصال بالداخل.
