| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور إستراتيجية التكامل العمودي الخلفي الذي تتبناه مؤسسة سوناطراك في تحسين أداء المؤسسة في النشاط الخلفي للصناعة النفطية. وأثبتت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة طردية بين التكامل العمودي الخلفي وأداء المؤسسة في القطاع، حيث ساهمت هذه الإستراتيجية في تحسين مؤشرات أداء المؤسسة في النشاط الخلفي من حيث زيادة فعالية نشاط التنقيب وتحسين الاكتشافات. مما ساهم في حفاظ المؤسسة على مستويات الاحتياطات المؤكدة لديها من المحروقات. Abstract The study is aims to illustrate the role of strategy of vertical integration backward adopted by SONATRACH institution in improving the performance of the enterprise in the rear of the activity of the oil industry. the results of the study a positive relationship between the vertical integration back and the performance of the enterprise in the private sector, Where this strategy has contributed to improve the organization's performance indicators in the back of activity in terms of increase the effectiveness of drilling activity and improve the discoveries. This contributed to maintaining levels of the organization’s oil reserves. | en_US |
