| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف دور الاستراتيجية التي تتبنها المكاتب والشركات في قطاع البناء والتشييد السعودي في إدارة أزماتها ومدى تحقيق النجاح في تجاوزها بدون خسائر أو تقليلها إلى حدها الأدنى، وهل هناك علاقة بين عدد الأزمات التي واجهت المكاتب الشركات وكذلك تقييمهم لنجاحهم في تجاوز الأزمات وبين تبني استراتيجية معينة في إدارة الأزمات. وقد أظهرت الدراسة أن دور الاستراتيجية في إدارة الأزمات دور محايد وأنه لا يوجد ارتباط بين عدد الأزمات التي واجهت المكاتب والشركات وكذلك مدى تقييمهم لنجاحهم في تجاوزها وبين نوع الاستراتيجية التي تستخدمها، وأن الاستراتيجيات الأكثر استخداما هي استراتيجيتي إجهاض الأزمة وتجزئتها في قطاع البناء والتشييد السعودي. | en_US |
