| dc.description.abstract | تهدف الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز مفهوم سياسة استهداف التضخم والمتمثلة في قاعدة تايلور كإطار حديث للسياسة النقدية والتي أدت بظهور أفكار جديدة بالنسبة لواضعي السياسة النقدية في البنوك المركزية، حيث تم إسقاط القاعدة بنوعيها التقليدية والمطورة على بنك الجزائر باستخدام طريقة العزوم المعممة في الفترة الممتدة من 1994Q1 حتى 2016Q4. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن قاعدة تايلور المطورة (أسلوب النظرة المستقبلية) تنطبق بشكل كبير على سلوك البنك المركزي من خلال التركيز على الهدف الرئيسي للسياسة النقدية والمتمثل في ضبط التضخم بشرط توفر أساليب التنبؤ بالتضخم وكذا الدرجة العالية من الاستقلالية، الشفافية والمصداقية في إدارة السياسة النقدية. | en_US |
