| dc.description.abstract | ملخص: نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية تسليط الضوء على نموذجSix Sigma من خلال تطبيقه على واقع عينة من البنوك الجزائرية المتواجدة بولاية تيارت بهدف قياس جودة الخدمات البنكية . وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن نموذجSix Sigma يعتبر أحد الأساليب التي تتيح للبنوك زيادة كفاءتها وتحسين جودة مخرجاتها بما يتوافق مع جاجات ورغبات الزبائن لكسب رضاهم وزيادة ولائهم. Résumé : Dans cet article, nous essayerons de mettre en évidence le modèle Six Sigma en l'appliquant sur un échantillon de banques algériennes qui ce situent au niveau de la wilaya de Tiaret afin de mesurer la qualité des services bancaires fournis. L'étude a conclu que le modèle Six Sigma est l'une des méthodes qui permet aux banques d'accroître leur efficacité et d'améliorer la qualité de leurs produits en fonction des désirs et des besoins des clients pour gagner leur satisfaction et accroître leur loyauté | en_US |
