| dc.description.abstract | نهدف في هذه الدراسة الى الوقوف على واقع ادارة المعرفة في المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية، في ظل المكانة الهامة للمعرفة في عمل المنظمات، مستعين بذلك على إستبيان موزع على عدد من قيادي المؤسسات الاقتصادية. آخذين بعين الاعتبار عامل التنوع، من خلال إختيار عينة مستهدفة من مؤسسات إقتصادية تعمل في مختلف القطاعات الاقتصادية، وقد خلصت الدراسة الى تبني ضعيف لادارة المعرفة، والسبب الرئيسي يعود لضعف توفر متطلبات ادارتها، من هياكل تنظيمية مرنة، ثقافة تنظيمية تشاركية، قيادة ابداعية مبادرة، و بنية محترمة من تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال. | en_US |
