| dc.description.abstract | يهدف هذا المقال إلى تبيين أهمية إدارة الجودة الشاملة في ترشيد اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية في إطار الإدارة الإستراتيجية للتكاليف. بعد العرض المختصر لمفهوم إدارة الجودة الشاملة، يحاول المقال توفير إطار تحليلي لتقييم إمكانية تطبيق هذا المدخل وذلك بالاعتماد على عينة مكونة من 17 مؤسسة جزائرية صناعية كبيرة.ويمكن تلخيص النتائج التي خلصت إليها الدراسة في ثلاث نقاط أساسية: 1. المؤسسات المدروسة لديها توجه استراتيجي وتتبع إجراءات التخطيط الاستراتيجي؛ 2. معظم أنظمة محاسبة تكاليف هذه المؤسسات متطورة نوعا ما. غير أنه وعلى الرغم من تطور هذه الأنظمة إلا أنها تسعى لحساب التكاليف ولا يتم استغلالها في إدارة التكاليف؛ 3. تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في هذه المؤسسات ليس مستحيلا، حيث أنها تتوفر على بعض العوامل التي تسمح بالقيام بمبادرة لتطبيقه إذا ما بذلت بعض المجهودات والتعديلات. | en_US |
