dc.description.abstract	تتوجه الجزائر تدريجيا نحو انتقال طاقوي يكون قائما على نموذج طاقوي يضمن تطوير الطاقات المتجددة واقتصاد الطاقة وترشيد الطاقات الاحفورية وتنويع المصادر الطاقوية بالاعتماد على الطاقات المتجددة خلال سنة 2030 على بلوغ نسبة40%؛ فقد مهدت الجزائر لذلك السبيل لدينامكية الطاقة الخضراء بإطلاق برنامج طموح لتطوير الطاقات المتجددة والفعالية الطاقوية قصد ايجاد حلول شاملة ودائمة للتحديات البيئية والمشاكل للحفاظ على الموارد الطاقوية ذات الأصل الاحفوري.	en_US
