dc.description.abstract This study examines the impact of the benefits and social services system on employee satisfaction Approach: The researcher used the descriptive approach and the analytical method, which is based on the collection and interpretation of data on the phenomenon, and the SPSS statistical program was used to analyze the data. The study sample consisted of (39) employees in the Environment Directorate, Directorate of Religious Affairs and Endowments, Directorate of Youth and Sports. Results: The results indicate that the system of benefits and social services is a significant indicator of quality of service. Satisfaction with the system of benefits and social services is low and low. Most employees have no knowledge of the financial compensation system defined by the Basic Law on Public Service. Conclusions: Efforts should be focused on improving service systems and social benefits. Keywords: system of benefits and social services, job satisfaction تبحث هذه الدراسة أثر نظام المزايا والخدمات الاجتماعية على رضا الوظيفي للموظفين المنهج: استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي،الذي يعتمد على جمع البيانات عن الظاهرة وتفسيرها، وتم استخدام برنامج SPSS الإحصائي لتحليل البيانات. تكونت عينة الدراسة من الموظفين في (مديرية البيئة،مديرية الشؤون الدينية والأوقاف،مديرية الشباب والرياضة)، والتي بلغ عددها (39) موظفا. النتائج: تشير النتائج إلى أن نظام المزايا والخدمات الاجتماعية هو مؤشر كبير لجودة الخدمة. و أن الرضا عن نظام ا لمزايا والخدمات الاجتماعية منخفض ومتدني، ومعظم الموظفين ليس لديهم علم ودراية بنظام التعويضات المالية التي حددها قانون الاساسي للوظيفة العمومية. الاستنتاجات: ينبغي أن تركز الجهود الرامية إلى تحسين نظم الخدمات والمزايا الاجتماعية. الكلمات المفتاحية: نظام المزايا والخدمات الاجتماعية،الرضا الوظيفي en_US
