| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى أهمية ومساهمة البنوك الالكترونية في بناء الاقتصاد الرقمي القائم أساسا على تكنولوجيا المعلومات وشبكة الانترنت في الجزائر وكذا تقييم وضعية وواقع كل من البنوك الالكترونية وتطبيقات الاقتصاد الرقمي وعلى رأسها التجارة الالكترونية من خلال عرض وتحليل بعض المعطيات الإحصائية للبنية التحتية للبنوك الالكترونية والاقتصاد الرقمي، وانتهت الدراسة بعرض تجربة بريطانيا كنموذج رائد في مجال الصرفة الالكترونية والاقتصاد الرقمي. وقد تم التوصل إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها أن الجزائر لا تزال بعيدة عن المستوى الذي وصلت إليه اغلب الدول في مجال الخدمات البنكية الالكترونية وتطبيقات الاقتصاد الرقمي، حيث أنها تسجل تأخر في نسبة استخدام التجارة الالكترونية ووسائل الدفع الحديثة الداعمة لها. | en_US |
