| dc.description.abstract | الهدف من هذه الورقة البحثية هو تحديد أثر الحوكمة على نوعية المؤسسات، بالاعتماد على المؤشرات العالمية للحوكمة الستة (06) المعروفة (السيطرة على الفساد، فعالية الحكومة، الإستقرار السياسي، جودة التشريعات، سيادة القانون، المشاركة والمساءلة)، وذلك من خلال استبيان تم تقسيمه على مجموعة من موظفي مؤسسات الدولة، حيث تم تحليل هذه البيانات عن طريق برنامج SPSS. أظهرت النتائج أن كل من المؤشرات الستة للحوكمة لها أثر على نوعية المؤسسات، مما يؤكد لنا أن للحوكمة دور مهم فى تحسين نوعية المؤسسات، التي تنعكس بالإيجاب على التنمية الاقتصادية. | en_US |
