| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تقديم رؤية شاملة حول تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصالات والتنمية المستدامة، ومحاولة تقييم واقع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصالات في الجزائر ومدى مساهمته في تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة، وذلك بفتح آفاقا واعدة للإستتمار والتطوير في هذا القطاع، ومن شأنها وضع استراتيجيات والسعي إلى وضع الإجراءات والتدابير لتفعيل مجتمع المعلومات في الجزائر . وتوصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة أن الجزائر على الرغم من الجهود التي تبذلها الجزائر في تنمية وتعميم قطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصالات، إلا أنها لاتزال عاجزة عن مسايرة التطورات العالمية، فهي تحتاج لإستثمارات كبيرة من طرف الحكومة والقطاع الخاص، ولهذا من المتوقع أي زيادة في مستوى الإنفاق على هذا القطاع، سوف يؤدي إلى زيادة نسبة نمو الناتج الإجمالي المحلي، وتحسين الخدمة العمومية في مختلف المجالات الصحة، التعليم والتجارة...إلخ، مما يحقق التنمية المستدامة | en_US |
