| dc.description.abstract | جاءت هذه الدراسة لإبراز أثر رأس المال الفكري بمكوناته على تحسين أداء المؤسسة الاقتصادية، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم جمع وتحليل أراء 51 من إطارات مجموعة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية بولاية سطيف، من خلال توزيع استبيان معد لذلك يضم متغيرات الدراسة، حيث تم تقسيم محور رأس المال الفكري إلى ثلاثة أبعاد تمثلت في كل من رأس المال البشري، رأس المال الهيكلي ورأس المال الزبائني، أين توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة تأثير معنوية لرأس المال الفكري على أدء المؤسسات الاقتصادية. | en_US |
