Résumé:
Helicobacter pylori live in the human stomach. It is considered among the rare known micro-organisms being able to survive in such an acid environment. Currently the number growing of therapeutic failures is due to the resistance of this bacterium to usual antibiotics.
Initially our work consisted in putting in culture and identifying this pathogenic bacterium by realization of a culture in microaérophilie on growth Columbia with the blood of horse followed by the biochemical tests.
The resistance of Helicobacter pylori to antibiotics us to thorough to exploited the antibactériens effects of the essential oils of a medicinal plant of Algeria, Pistacia lentiscus L, extracted by hydrodistillation with an output from 0, 23%.
Lastly, we carried out an aromatogramme with various concentrations (50%, 25%, 12.5%, 6.25%, 3.12%, 1.56%, 0.78% and 0.39%) of the essential oils extracted on Helicobacter pylori and a stock from infantile gastro-enteric E.coli.
The results obtained showed that the stock tested of Helicobacter pylori was strongly sensitive to essential oils of Pistacia lentiscus L compared to E.coli.Essential oils of Pistacia lentiscus L can be used like a natural treatment with respect to Helicobacter pylori.
