مساهمة تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في ترقية اداء ممارسي العلاقات العامة

Abstract

جاءت د ا رستنا الموسومة بعنوان "مساهمة تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في ترقية أداء ممارسي العلاقات العامة"، والتي حصرنا جانبيا الميداني في د ا رسة حالة مديرية توزيع الكيرباء والغاز )سونمغاز( لولاية بشار، سعينا أثناء معالجة ىذا الموضوع الإجابة عن الإشكال الآتي: كيف تساهم تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في ترقية أداء ممارسي العلاقات العامة؟ بيدف الوقوف عمى الدور الذي تؤديو ىذه التكنولوجيات في تطوير عمل الممارسين عن طريق استخداميم ليا. لتحقيق ىذا اليدف اعتمدنا في إج ا رء ىذه الد ا رسة عمى منيج د ا رسة الحالة لصعوبة حصر كل الحالات، حيث قامت ىذه الد ا رسة بمعاينة غير احتمالية نمطية لمفردات مجتمع البحث، وتم اختيار 21 مفردة باعتبارىا نماذج مثالية مكمفة تقريبا بنشاطات العلاقات العامة، في ظل غياب منصب دائم لمقائم بالعلاقات العامة عمى مستوى المؤسسة، مستعينين في جمع المعمومات بأداتين ىما: الملاحظة البسيطة والمقابمة المنظمة. بعد جمع المعمومات ميدانيا ومناقشتيا وتحميميا توصمنا إلى جممة من النتائج أىميا: الوجود الفعمي لتكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في مديرية التوزيع لولاية بشار، وكذلك  بينت حرص المؤسسة عمى التجديد في وسائميا وأنظمة معموماتيا باستم ا رر لضمان مواكبة التطور التكنولوجي، ومن أجل توفير بيئة عمل مناسبة لموظفييا وكذلك من أجل كسب رضا زبنائيا. أثبتت د ا رستنا إسيام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لممارسي  العلاقات العامة، كما استطاعت أن تثبت فعاليتيا عمى طريقة عمميم بشكل ايجابي In our study entitled "The contribution of modern communication technology to improving the performance of public relations practitioners", which we limited to the case of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Directorate of Bashar, we sought to address the problem of: how modern communication technology improves the performance of public relations practitioners? The main objective was to identify the role played by these technologies in developing practitioners' work through their use. In this study we adopted a case study methodology for the difficulty of enumerating all cases. In this study, we conducted a typical non-probabilistic examination of the vocabulary of the research community, and 12 individuals were selected as ideal models of almost public relations activities in the absence of a permanent position In public relations at the enterprise level, using the collection of information with two tools: simple observation and structured interview. After collecting, and discussing Data, we reached the following conclusions:  The actual presence of modern communication technology in the Directorate of Distribution of the State of Bashar, as well as the institution's keenness on innovation in its means and information systems constantly to ensure the pace of technological development, and to provide an appropriate working environment for its employees as well as to win the satisfaction of its customers.  Our study has demonstrated the contribution of modern communication technology to improving the performance of public relations actitioners and has proven to be effective in the way they work positively.
