ETUDE ET REALISATION D’UNE MACHINE A GRAVER SUR BOIS

Abstract

الهدف من هذه المذكرة هو تصميم وإنشاء آلة نحت على الخشب ذات التحكم الآلي. التحكم في هذه الآلة يكون عن طريق تطبيق الرسم المبرمج بأداة البرمجة "الدلفي" الذي بدوره يسهل الاستعمال على النجار البسيط دون الحاجة الى معرفة التحكم باستعمال البرمجة بال. Code G يتم التصميم النموذجي لهذه الالة عن طريق برنامج التصميم الميكانيكي. SolidWorksالغرض المرجو من هذا المشروع هو التمكن من إتقان كل مراحل التصميم الميكانيكي لهذه الآلة انطلاقا من دراسة وتحليل الاحتياج المعبر عنه من طرف الزبون على المستوى النظري والتطبيقي الى غاية الوصول الى إنجاز شكل نموذجي للآلة. Le but de ce présent mémoire est la conception et la réalisation d’une machine de gravure sur bois. Cette machine est commandée par une ‘Application Paint’ développée, ce qui facilite son utilisation par un simple menuisier sans avoir besoin de connaissance de programmation en code G. La conception de cette machine est faite par avec un logiciel de conception mécanique SolidWorks. L’objectif visé à travers ce projet est la maitrise de la chaîne de conception complète de cette Machine, après l’étude et l’analyse du besoin exprimé par le client sur le plan théorique et pratique on est parvenu à la réalisation d’un prototype. The aim of this present study is to design and realize a wood engraving machine. This machine is controlled with developed Paint Application which facilitates its use by a simple carpenter without needs for programming knowledge in G code. The conception of this machine is made by mechanical design software SolidWorks. The objective sought through this project is to master the complete design chain of this machine, after studying and analyzing the customer’s expressed need on the theoretical and practical plan, we have achieved a prototype.
