ضوابط اخلاقيات العمل الاعلامي في المؤسسة السمعية البصرية

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: تناولت الدراسة موضوع ضوابط أخلاقيات العمل الإعلامي في المؤسسة السمعية البصرية "المحطة الجيوية لمتمفزيون ببشار" نموذجا وأملا منا في تحقيق أىداف الدراسة اعتمدنا عمى المنيج الوصفي ، وقد فضلا أن يكون المسح شاملا لجميع إعلاميين المحطة الجيوية لمتمفزيون مستعينين في جمع المعمومات بالملاحظة في عين المكان مما ساعدنا عمى بناء أداة البحث الرئيسية " استبيان " ولقد حاولنا ربط الاستمارة بإشكالية وأسئمة الدراسة. وبعد جمع معمومات ميدانيا وتحميميا توصمنا إلى جممة من النتائج نوجزىا في ما يمي: - إن الضوابط الأخلاقية من الأولويات التي لابد عمى الصحفي التزاميا حتى يكون في الصورة والابتعاد عن كل العقوبات التي يوجيو إليو القانون في كل مرة يتناول فيو المجال الإعلامي ومعرفة كل المستجدات المتعمقة بالمينة وأخذ موقف منيا والتطمع لكل ما ىو أفضل ليا والعمل عمى تطويرىا وحمايتيا. - تعمل المؤسسة عمى توفير كل ما يحتجو الإعلامي لأداء العمل بأكمل وجو وذلك من خلال الضوابط القانونية والأخلاقية التي تطبقيا عمى العمال لضمان الاستمرار وتحقيق كل متطمبات المجتمع المحمي بنقل الوقائع والأحدث بمصداقية أكثر كل ىذا جعميا تحتل المراتب الأول من خمل التغطيات الإخبارية. - لابد من الإطلاع عمى القوانين والتشريعات المنظمة لممينة من طرف ممتيني المجال الإعلامي والمحاولة بقدر الإمكان الإحاطة بكل ما يتعمق بمينتو خاصة القوانين المنظمة ليا حتى يتسنى للإعلامي معرفة ما لو من حقوق وما عميو من واجبات ىذا من جية أخرى أن لا يقع ضحية الجيل فيفعل ما يجره لمعقاب عن غير قصد ،لأنو لا يعذر بجيل القانون. الكممات المفتاحية: ضوابط الأخلاقية، أخلاقيات العمل الإعلامي، المؤسسة السمعية البصرية، المحطة الجهوية لمتمفزيون .ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية والفرنسية والإنجليزية Résumé : Cette étude a déjà traité la déontologie de l’établis émient audio visuel de faleirsion de béchar comme exemple. Et pour arriver à mes objectifs, mous avens basé sur la description eu préférant que notre synthèse sera destinée à tous les journaliste de cette station et sur l’observation à fin de trouver notre principal outil de recherche . Pour cela mous avons accordé notre formulaire par la problématique et le questionnaire de l’étude. En effet, après le traitement des données, nous sommes arrivés au résultats suivants. - Chaque journaliste doit respecter et réaliser sou travail déontologie pour ne pas être pénaliser ; - Létrablissiment audio –visuels doit fournir au journaliste son travail parfaitement. - Il faut que journaliste sache les réglementations et les lois de sou travail en asseyant de Temir – compte de ce qui a relation avec ( sa profession ses drocts et ses devoirs ) pour ne pas tomber dans l’erreur. We relied on the descriptive approach, and The survey may also include all the journalists of this station, using the main search tool "questionnaire". After collecting and analyzing the data, we have reached a number of conclusions which we summarize as follows: - The ethical controls of the priorities that the journalist must commit stay away from all the sanctions directed by the law, and knowledge of all developments related to the profession to take a position and look forward to everything that is better for them to develop the job. - The Foundation works to provide all the media to perform the work to the fullest, and through the legal and ethical controls applied to the workers to ensure continuity and achieve all the requirements of the community to transfer the facts and the latest credibility of all more, making them ranked first in the coverage of news. - The laws and regulations governing the profession should be examined by the professionals of the media and try as much as possible to take into account everything related to his profession, especially the laws governing it so that the media can know the rights and duties it has on the other hand not to fall victim to ignorance and do what it generates For the punishment of unintentionally.
