اثر الاتصال الداخلي على الرضا الوظيفي لدى العمال

Abstract

سعت د ا رستنا المعنونة ب"اث ا رحتوال الداخلي على الرضا الوظيفي" الى الاجابة عن اشكالية اساسية مفادها : ما مدى تاثي ا رليات الاتصال الداخلي التي تستخدمها المؤسسة على الرضا الوظيفي ؟ حيث اجريت الد ا رسة على عمال الاذاعة الجهوية لولاية مستغانم، وقد شملت عينة البحث 64 مفرد تمثلت في كل العمال دون استثناء في سياق منهج المسح الشامل ، واعتمدنا في جمع المعلومات والبيانات على اداة الاستبيان والتي قسمت استما ا رتها الى ثلاث محاور وكل محور الى مجموعة من الاسئلة . وبعد توزيع الاستما ا رت على العمال وجمع المعل ومات وتفريغها وتحليلها توصلنا الى النتائج العامة التالية: الاذاعة الجهوية لمستغانم تولي اهمية كبيرة للاتصال الداخلي .  العمال ا رضون عن الوسائل و الاساليب التي تستخدمها المؤسسة للاتصال.  العمال داخل الاذاعة ي ا زولون وظائفهم في جو يسوده التعاون و العمل الجماعي.  المشاركة في اتخاذ الق ا ر ا رت تشع ا رلعامل بالانتماء الى المؤسسة.  الاتصال مع الزملاء و العمل الجماعي يؤثر ايجايا على العامل ويشعره بال ا رحة النفسية.  العمال ا رضون عن عملهم بالداعة مما يدفعهم الى بذل مجهودات اكبر و الابداع من اجل تحقيق  اهداف المؤسسة. الاتصال الداخلي في الاذاعة الجهوية لولاية مستغانم يساهم في تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي.

Our study entiled "the impact of internal communication on satisfaction sought to answer a fundamental problem. What is the impact of enternal communication mechanisms the unstitution on satisfaction of the workers ? The study was conducted on regional radio operators of the state of mostaganem .the sample consisted of 46 individuals ,which representes all of the workers without exception ,in the context of the comprehensive survey approach ,and we collected informations,and data on the survey tool,which was divided into three axes ,each one to a set of questions ,after the distribution of the workers and analysis ,we reached the following general results: - Regional radio of the state of mostaganem attaches great importance to the process of internal communication . -Workers are satisfied with the means and means and methods used by the institution in internal communication -Workers on the radion perform their functions in favorable conditions of cooperation and collective action -participation in decision –making makes the worker feels belonging to the institution . -communication with colleagues and teamwork positively affects the workers and feels psychological comfort. -Workers are satisfied in their work within the radio,which leads them to exert greater effort,perseverance and creativity in the work in order to achieve the goals of the institution .
