The current climate crisis is a real threat to present and future generations. Thus, the climate emergency and the dwindling stocks of fossil fuels in the world push the international community to find answers to green energy alternatives, concrete and credible.
The building sector accounts for 26.5 % of our remissions of greenhouse gas emissions. Dwellings built are relatively isolated, wish means that they have high heat loss and is consuming much more energy.
The bioclimatic architecture thrives precisely these "constraints" to produce a housing incorporating the concept of comfort, welfare and economy. The choice to integrate renewable energy means more than the use of new technology in a building. And it must be thought in Algeria.
Program quality and energy efficiency becomes a reality in the housing sector in Algeria, the project of 600 housing bioclimatic high-energy performance. The objective of this project which started in 2005 in collaboration with the agency for the promotion and rational use of energy, and promotes local building materials and foreign adapted to different climatic zones. And reduce the consumption of air and thermal insulation.
HPE bioclimatic architecture that is now viewed as a novelty is the extension of knowledge of vernacular architecture based on intuitive knowledge of the environment and climate.
A thought full implementation, optimal orientation, a good choice of materials, insulation performance must be integrated. Not forgetting to include three important approaches: Sociological, environmental and economic.
The sustainable housing must be designed properly in Algeria, should only adopt a positive attitude and above all think differently. |
