dc.description.abstract |
.Attention within the sugar refineries - mostaganem branch - . this
study deals with the role of public relations in improving
communication within the economic institution of sugar refineries -
mostaganem branch - by highlighting the main elements and
variables that contribute to highlighting this and trying to identify
the effectiveness of public relations or its activity in improving
communication within the institution.
In this study, we used the case study methodology and used the
interview as an essential tool for gathering information about the
study.
we have summarized through this study that public relations strives
to improve communication within the institution being exercised
only and has no interest in it and the lack of knowledge of some of
its employees the concept of public relations the foundation always
strives to create good relations with its employees in order to gain
its trust and support as well as in order to reach its desired goals.
Among the most communicative means used were printed media
and telephone as well as the Internet as a new medium however,
public relations interest remains limited and insufficient attention
within the sugar refineries - mostaganem branch - . |
