Abstract

ىدفت ىذه الد ا رسة إلى الكشف عمى أىم التدخلات العلاجية المستعجمة منيا )المقابمة العلاجية مع الحالة، المساندة النفسية و الدعم النفسي(، التي يستخدميا مع الحالات المستعجمة و التعرف عمى وجود تفاعل واتصال الأخصائي النفساني الإكمينيكي مع الفريق الطبي في التدخل العلاجي الاستعجالي الذي يعتمد عمى حل مشكمة الحالة المستعجمة. مشكمة الد ا رسة: فيما يتمثل دور الأخصائي النفساني الإكمينيكي في مصمحة الاستعجالات؟ عينة الد ا رسة: تتكون العينة من 10 أخصائيين نفسانيين عياديين من مصمحة الاستعجالات. اعتمدنا في ىذه الد ا رسة عمى المنيج الوصفي والملاحظة بالمشاركة و استمارة حول دور الأخصائي النفساني الإكمينيكي في مصمحة الاستعجالات. *توصمت الباحثة من خلال ىذا البحث إلى مجموعة من نتائج، تم عرضيا وتحميميا وتفسيرىا في ضوء الأطر النظرية المتاحة وىي فيما يمي: - تبين لنا أن عمل الأخصائي النفساني الإكمينيكي في مصمحة الاستعجالات يخضع لمسار إج ا رئي يرتكز عمى مرحمة الاستقبال الفعال ومرحمة إج ا رءات الدعم النفسي لمحالات المستعجمة . -تبين لنا أن الأخصائي النفسي يرتكز أثناء التدخل عمى أىم الطرق العلاجية الاستعجالية التي يتحكم فييا لمحالات المسعفة ، نظ ا ر لنقص في مجال التشخيص الاستعجالي. - تبين لنا أن تنسيق الأخصائيين النفسانيين الإكمينيكيين مع الفريق الطبي يشكل ليم صعوبة الدور والبعض الأخر لدييم تنسيق وتفاعل مع الفريق الطبي في التدخل لمحالات المستعجمة في مصمحة الاستعجالات مما تعطي فعالية الدور. - اتضحت لنا أىمية التنسيق الأخصائي مع فريق العلاجي في مصمحة الاستعجالات ، لأن عمل الجماعي يضمن التشاور و التحكم في التشخيص الإستعجالي، و يضمن تدخلات سريعة تمكن من تجاوز مرحمة الخطر سواء في الجانب العضوي أو النفسي.

The current study aims to uncover the roles performed by clinical psychologist in the department of emergency treatment including the urgent therapeutic interventions used by the specialist using psychological cases and coordination and the medical team. The research involves the problematic which is centred on set of questions the sample of the study consisted of 10 specialists in the psychologists Ayadid of the department of urgency the researcher used the descriptive method and participative approaches and the tool of the study which is the questionnaire . After the investigation and analysis the researcher reached the following results : The work of clinical psychologist in the department of Urgency is subject to a procedural process based on the stage of effective reception and the stage of psychological support for urgent caces. In the interest of inquiries the psychologists centred on the direct intervention using the psychotherapic method even there was lack on direct urgence diagnosis. The coordination of clinical psychologists with the medical team in the intervention is difficult for them. I+ts clear to us the importance of specialized coordination with the treatment in the department of urgency ; because the work of the group ensures consultation and control of the diagnosis of emergency and ensures rapid interventions to overcome the danger stage , both on the organic or psychological side.
