الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري لتعزيز الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية دراسة حالة "مؤسسة الكوابل سيدي بن ذهيبة بماسرة"

Abstract

يهدف هذا العمل إلى إبراز أهمية الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري، باعتباره الحلقة الأساسية في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية، عبر توضيح علاقة الارتباط بينهما ودوره في تعزيز الموقع التنافسي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية. اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي للرابطة الحاصلة بين المفاهيم الأساسية للموضوع، عبر الدراسة الميدانية التي استندت على توزيع استبيان على عينة متكونة من 115عامل بمؤسسة الكوابل سيدي بن ذهيبة بماسرى. بعد التفريغ والتحليل بواسطة برنامج 20SPSS، خلصت النتائج إلى وجود دلالة إحصائية بين توافر متطلبات رأس المال البشري وتعزيز الميزة التنافسية، وأن تنافسية المؤسسة ترتبط ارتباطاً وثيقاً بالاستثمار في رأس المال البشري، حيث تبين بأن التَمْكِين والمعرفة يساهمان في استدامة الميزة التنافسية في ظل اقتصاد قائم على المعرفة. L'objectif de ce travail est de souligner l'importance de l’investissement dans le capital humain étant donné qu’il représente le principal maillon qui renforce l'avantage compétitif de l'entreprise économique en clarifiant la corrélation qui existe entre eux et son rôle dans l'amélioration de la compétitivité de l'entreprise algérienne. Cette étude était basée sur une méthodologie descriptive et analytique de la relation qui unie les principaux concepts dudit travail, à travers cette étude qui a été soutenue par la distribution d'un questionnaire à un échantillon composé de 115 travailleurs de l'entreprise « Câblerie Sidi Bendhiba, Mesra ». Après le déchargement et l'analyse par le programme SPSS20, les résultats ont révélé l’existence d’une signification statistique entre la disponibilité des besoins en capital humain et la promotion du l’avantage concurrentiel, ainsi que la compétitivité de l'entreprise est étroitement liée à l'investissement en capital humain. Cette étude a révélé aussi que l'autonomisation et la connaissance contribuent à la durabilité de l'avantage concurrentiel dans une économie basée sur l’économie de la connaissance. The aim of this work is to highlight the importance of investing in human capital as the main circle that enhance the competitive advantage of the economic enterprise by clarifying the correlation relationship and its role in enhancing the competitiveness of the Algerian economic enterprises. This study was based on the descriptive and the analytical approaches of analyzing the link between the keywords of this study, through a case study which was based on the distribution of a questionnaire on a sample composed of 115 workers in the “Câblerie Sidi Bendhiba, Mesra”. After the unloading and analysis by the use of SPSS20 program, the results revealed a statistical significance between the availability of human capital requirements and the promotion of competitive advantage, as well as the competitiveness of the enterprise is closely linked to investment in human capital. This study also revealed that empowerment and knowledge contribute to the sustainability of competitive advantage in an economy based on Knowledge.
