dc.description.abstract The research included (100) student secondary education, for the school year (2014-2015), the province of Sidi Bel Abbes in Algeria. Verified by the citizenship concept scale, designed by Osman bin Saleh Al-Amer (2005). Used throughout this descriptive study as a tool to assess the dimensions of citizenship. Although our objectives attempt to identify the role of educational reforms in the development of citizenship. As well as the relationships between these dimensions.
