In study area (Oued Lili, Tiaret), the predominance of surfaces rocks little resistant, the irregularity of the climate, the low density of the vegetation cover and overexploitation of land are particularly favorable to accelerated degradation phenomenon seriously threatening the potential water and soil. If it is possible to considerably reduce the potential degradation of these using techniques adapted as agroforestry practices. This study was conducted using a Geographic Information System (GIS), which was used to assess, classify physical and ecological characteristics that are key to sustainable development and to develop a map sensitivity to erosion. The results obtained show that natural resources are subject to a very advanced state of deterioration, in this context a development proposal agroforestry was made. This first draft map is a tool to help decision makers for better water resources management and soil and taking into account the expectations and needs of the rural population. |
