dc.description.abstract |
Like the Algerian cities that of Mecheria has known from the 70s, massive urbanization and urban extensions excessive particularly subdivision (Scheduled and illegal).
Hai Es Salem (case study) is a succession of development that malfunction and failures in organizational structure.
Our approach is to confront the inconsistencies of the morphological subdivision with planning principles and sustainable development (theoretical and practical) as well as legislative regulations governing this type of operation while setting the urban storm water management as part search engine.
Trough this confrontation, we denounce the main causes of this inconsistency morphological urban Hai Es Salem.
Poor knowledge of ground realities and lack of mastery of the theoretical framework and regulatory decision- makers, planners and practitioners have led to a subdivision disorganized without continuity or coherence with rest of the city.
It seems that this type of intervention (subdivision) continues to be the preferred option of policy makers in the factory of the sustainable city.
Nevertheless, for the city to be sustainable these components must be strong.
The continuity and sustainability of territory dependent on several parameters, social, economic and environmental.
Trough this research we try to address some parameters in close relation with site location of a subdivision or expansion urban. |
