dc.description.abstract The use of information and communication technology is an imperative, as banks have become very important, especially in light of the secretions of the knowledge economy, where the survival and survival of the bank depends on the extent of the corresponding environmental changes surrounding it, and through our study of this subject, which we dealt in two parts theoretical and applied through the theoretical part The conceptual framework for information and communication technology and banking performance was highlighted. It was concluded that the use of information and communication technology in a good way would necessarily improve the performance of banks. The practical part was to measure and analyze the impact of information and communication technology on the performance of the banking agency in the state of El-Beid. The results of the applied study showed the great interaction between the technology and the activity of the bank by assessing the density and methods of using Internet-related technologies by banks. en_US
