dc.description.abstract |
the oil industry is partly responsible for some environmental problems in different parts of the world. When a site is considered to be contaminated with hydrocarbons, there are several technologies available to address it. Biodegradation is based on the enzyme capacitires of certain microorganisms with hydrocarbon activity, The objective of this work is to evaluate the biodegradation capabilities of the oil by bacteria isolated from likely contaminated soils, the application of purification strategies in the presence of Pseudomonas isolated and identified by the classical pasterian methods, with pilot application. Pre-identification leads us to the genus of Pseudomonas where its degradation is total . |
