dc.description.abstract |
Alternaria are common fungi in our environment. They belong to cosmopolitan atmospheric molds, known worldwide as a common phytopathogenic organism of several crops of economic interest such as the potato (Solanum tuberosum L).
The purpose of our work is to study the morphological characteristics, the in vitro influence of culture media on mycelial growth and sporulation ; However, the pathogenicity of 30 selected isolates of Alternaria sp was performed on leaflets detached from two potato varieties.
The results obtained reveal the presence of a single species of Alternaria: Alternaria alternara; Better sporulation and mycelial growth are obtained in PDA medium compared to other culture media. The pathogenicity test shows the virulence of these 30 isolates to potato varieties tested with a degree that differs from one variety to another and from one isolate to another. |
