Etude de réducteur de vitesse pour convoyeur à sel

Abstract

La technologie nous a développé les outils de dimensionnement des systèmes mécaniques, ou l’ingénieur doit exploiter cette technologie pour trouver des solutions à des problèmes industriels. L’étude réalisée dans ce mémoire est une conception d’un réducteur de vitesse en récurrence réducteur à roue et vis sans fin, ce dernier a pour but, non seulement de réduire la vitesse de rotation du moteur, mais d’assurer aussi un auto blocage, en empêchant le retour du tapis convoyeur. Nous avons dimensionné les pièces principales telles que : la vis, la roue, avec un choix approprié des matériaux, puis nous avons étudié les composants tels que : les arbres, les clavettes et les roulements. Cette étude était bénéfique pour nous, car elle nous permet d’élargir nos connaissances déjà acquises durant notre cursus universitaire, et de traiter un projet technique, en se basant sur les données du demandeur.

Abstract

Technology has developed tools for design mechanical systems, or the engineer must exploit this technology to find solutions to industrial problems. The study realized in this memory is a design of a gearbox in recurrence gearbox with worm and worm gear, the latter aims not only to reduce the rotational speed of the engine, but also to ensure self-locking, preventing the return of the belt conveyor. We have dimensioned the main parts such as: worm, and worm gear, with an appropriate choice of materials, then we studied others components such as: shafts, keys and bearings. This study was beneficial for us, because it allows us to expand our knowledge already acquired during our university course, and to deal with a technical project, based on the data of the applicant. طورت التكنولوجيا الأدوات اللازمة لتغيير حجم الأنظمة الميكانيكية ، حيث يجب على المهندس استخدام هذه التكنولوجيا لإيجاد حلول للمشاكل الصناعي الدراسة التي أجريت في هذه الأطروحة هي تصميم لمخفض السرعة مع عجلة والعتاد دودة المخفض ، والغرض منها ليس فقط للحد من سرعة الدوران للمحرك ، ولكن أيضا لضمان الذات منع ، ومنع عودة الحزام الناقل. قمنا بتغيير الأجزاء الرئيسية مثل: المسمار ، العجلة ، مع اختيار مناسب للمواد ، ثم درسنا المكونات مثل: مهاوي ، مفاتيح ومحامل. كانت هذه الدراسة مفيدة لنا ، لأنها تتيح لنا توسيع معرفتنا المكتسبة بالفعل خلال دراستنا الجامعية ، ومعالجة مشروع فني ، بناءً على بيانات مقدم الطلب.
