Contrôle et le suivi des effluents liquides industriels au niveau du complexe SORFERT

Abstract

تحتوي مياه الصرف ذات المنشأ الصناعي بشكل عام على تكوين محدد يرتبط مباشرة بنوع الصناعة المستخدمة. بغض النظر عن عبء التلوث العضوي أو المعدني, سواء أكان قابلا للتحلل العضوي أو لا, فقد تكون له خصائص كيميائية سامة بسبب مجموعة واسعة من المنتجات المستخدمة في الصناعة. تعتبر مجموعة سورفيرت الجزائر ذات المستوى العالمي واحدة من أكبر منتجي الأسمدة النيتروجينية و الأمونيا الخام. في وقتنا الحالي, أصبحت عملية إعادة تدوير المياه المستعملة و تطهيرها رهانا كبيرا تتنافس عليه الدول نظرا إلى الأهمية البالغة للمياه فهي أساس كل شيء. لهذا السبب أجريت دراستنا على مستوى مختبر المراقبة النهائية للمواد المصنعة بمصنع سورفيرت الجزائر , و الهدف منها المقارنة الفيزيو-كيميائية و البيولوجية للمياه المستعملة في المصنع مع المعايير الوطنية و الدولية. جميع النتائج المتحصل عليها تثبت و بشكل قطعي وجود تلوث بدرجة متقدمة لهذه الأخيرة و منه نستنتج أنه من غير الطبيعي و المعقول عدم وجود محطة لتطهير هذه المياه و رميها مباشرة في البحر بدون معالجة أولية. الكلمات المفتاحية : إعادة تدوير, التلوث العضوي, الأسمدة, المياه المستعملة, خصائص كيميائية ,محطة تطهير, معالجة أولية. Résumé Les eaux résiduaires d’origine industrielle ont généralement une composition spécifique et directement liée au type d’industrie utilisée. Indépendamment de la charge de la pollution organique ou minérale de leur caractère biodégradable ou non, elles peuvent présenter des caractéristiques de toxicité liée aux produits chimiques étant donné la très grande variété des produits utilisés dans l’industrie. Le complexe SORFERT Algérie Spa de classe internationale est l’un de plus grands producteurs d’engrais azotés et d’Ammoniac brut. Nous avons effectué notre stage pratique au niveau du laboratoire de contrôle de qualité des produits fini au niveau de l’usine de production des fertilisants SORFERT. Les résultats obtenues confirment l’existence de la pollution d’eau qui cause des dégâts au sein de la mer ce qui oblige le complexe d’implanter une station d’épuration locale de ses rejets liquides avant qu’ils soient rejeter vers mer. Regardless of the load of organic or mineral pollution, whether or not they are biodegradable, they may have toxic characteristics related to chemicals given the very wide variety of products used in the industry. The SORFERT Algeria Spa complex of international class is one of the largest producers of nitrogen fertilizers and raw ammonia. We carried out our practical internship at the finished product quality control laboratory at the SORFERT fertilizer production plant. The results obtained confirm the existence of water pollution that causes damage to the sea, which requires the complex to set up a local treatment plant for its liquid discharges before they are discharged into the sea.
