Evaluation de la vulnérabilité des constructions patrimoniales du quartier de sidi el houari de la ville d’Oran face au risque sismique

Abstract

Heritage is an identity at the time of a company and must be maintained as a descriptive element of its cultural environment, allowing its conservation and transmission to future generations. The vulnerability is the representation of trends in damage to a building facing a seismic event. Heritage of Oran city is particularly the old district of Sidi El Houari, considered identity of this city, has a worrying situation by antiquated its construction, as the number of old buildings is growing, which makes the safety of persons and property in danger. Therefore, a study of classification of constructions that are likely to become heritage or their degrees of heritage is deemed necessary. By the application the estimate method the seismic vulnerability of existing buildings we have developed a program to calculate the vulnerability index for a map to the classification of the state of buildings in the district of Sidi El Houari in Oran against the seismic risk and the creation of database that will allow the manager to manage the urban fabric.
