L’IMPACT DE LA PRÉPARATION PHYSIQUE INTEGRÉE SUR LE NIVEAU DE PERFORMANCE PHYSIQUE CHEZ LES JEUNES FOOTBALLEURS (U-17)

Abstract

Through this study we tried to determine the impact of physical training on integrated general improvement of physical parameters set in the technical discipline  football, especially if the concept was transferable among young footballers U-17. Two objectives, the scientific point of view measured the impact of PPI in young players, present a pedagogical tool for coaches and students in understanding the concept of training. To carry out this research, we use the experimental method, we proceed ELABORATION an 8-week program, apply to a sample composed of 23 players U-17.et after harvesting the results of pre-tests and post-tests, analysis of these results showed the following. The assumptions made upstream, were confirmed through the educational intervention and the results are significant. The scope for growth in the experimental group was clearly significant when compared with the control group, and the impact of this concept was positive in the approach to physical preparation of young footballers U- 17. The need to provide means in terms of facilities, tools and materials. The special attention to the preparation and training of trainers of youth categories, if any, and the specific nature of these categories. Introduce coaches youth categories in the concept of integrated physical training, with all the technical part so that they can materialize on the ground.
