ETUDE D’UN BLOC ANGLE EN RDC+5 A USAGE D’HABITATION

Abstract

هذا المشروع هو عبارة عن دراسة مفصلة لمبنى مكون من طابق ارضي زائد خمسة طوابق علوية اشتملت الدراسة على أربعة محاور

- المحور الاول : تفصيل عام للمشروع يشتمل على تعريف المشروع والبناية، مع إعطاء األبعاد الاولية للعناصر وحمولات كل عنصلر مكون لها.

- المحور الثاني : لقد خصص لدراسة العناصر الثانوية من البناية (الدرج، شرفة والبالطات المفرغة والمملوءة ... إلخ).

- المحور الثالث : تم تنفيذ الدراسة الديناميكية للبناية بواسطة برنامج الذي يزودنا بالنتائج النهائية التي تسمح بتسليح مختلف العناصر المكونة للبناية.

- المحور الرابع : يشتمل على دراسة األجزاء المقاومة للبناية (مؤسسة، واألعمدة والدعامات وأشرعة) اعتمادا على

Ce projet présente une étude détaillée d’un bâtiment à usage d’habitation constitué d’un rez-de-chaussée +5 étages implanté à Mostaganem. Cette étude se compose de quatre parties : La première partie est la description générale du projet avec une présentation des éléments du bâtiment et les caractéristiques de différents matériaux, ensuite le prédimensionnement de la structure et enfin la descente de charges. La deuxième partie a été consacrée à l’étude des éléments secondaires (poutrelles, dalle pleine, escalier, balcon et acrotère). La troisième partie consiste à modéliser la structure en utilisant le logiciel « ETABS» afin de déterminer les différentes sollicitations dues aux chargements (charges permanentes, d’exploitation et charges sismiques).

Enfin la quatrième partie et la dernière comprend le ferraillage des différents éléments résistants de la structure (fondation, poteaux, poutres et voile) Cette étude est menée en tenant compte des recommandations du [BAEL91], les règlements parasismiques algériens [RPA 99/2003] et les documents techniques. This project presents a detailed study of a living usage building consisting a ground floor + 5 floors located in Mostaganem. This study is composed of four parts : The first part is the general description of the project with a presentation of building elements, and the features of different materials, then the pré- demensioning of the structure and finally lowering loads.

The second part has been devoted for the study of secondary elements (beams, solid slab, staircase, balcony and parapet).

Modelling structure was realized in the third part by using the software "ETABS" so as to determine the various stresses due to loads (permanent loads, exploitation and seismic loads).

The last part includes the reinforcement of the different resisting elements of the structure (foundation, columns and beams). This study is conducted taking into account the recommendations of [BAEL91], Algerian seismic regulations [RPA 99/2003] and technical documents.
