ETUDE D'UNE TOUR EN R + 13 + SOUS-SOL, A USAGE MULTIPLE, CONTREVENTEE PAR DES VOILES PORTEURS

Abstract

Ce projet présente une étude technique d’une Tour en béton armé, à usage multiple ((habitation, commercial) constitué d'un sous-sol et d'un Rez-de-chaussée plus (13) étages, implanté à la wilaya de MOSTAGANEM. Cette région est classée comme zone de moyenne sismicité (zone IIa) selon le règlement parasismique Algérien RPA99 version 2003. La résistance de la structure aux charges horizontales et verticales est assurée par un système de contreventement : voiles porteurs. Le dimensionnement et le calcul du ferraillage de tous les éléments résistants ont été établis conformément au Règlement Algérien en vigueur (RPA version 2003) et le document technique CBA93. Cette étude technique regroupe plusieurs chapitres : présentation du projet, le prédimensionnement et la descente des charges, étude des éléments secondaires, étude dynamique, étude des éléments structuraux, étude de l’infrastructure. Abstract: This project presents a technical study of a reinforced concrete tower, for multiple use (residential, commercial) consisting of a basement and a ground floor over (13) floors, located at the wilaya of MOSTAGANEM. This region is classified as a medium seismicity zone (zone IIa) according to the Algerian seismic regulation RPA99 version 2003. The structure's resistance to horizontal and vertical loads is ensured by a bracing system: load-bearing sails. The dimensioning and the calculation of the reinforcement of all the resistant elements were established in accordance with the Algerian seismic Regulation (RPA version 2003) and the technical document CBA93. This technical study includes several chapters: presentation of the project, pre-dimensioning and lowering of loads, study of secondary elements, dynamic study, study of structural elements, study of infrastructure. ملخص هذا المشروع يعرض دراسة فنية لبرج خرساني مسلح، متعدد الاستخدامات (سكني ، تجاري) يتكون من قبو ودور أرضي و ثلاثة عشر طابقا ، يقع في ولاية مستغانم التي تصنف كمنطقة زلزالية متوسطة (المنطقة IIa) وفقًا للقواعد الجزائرية المضادة للزلزالRPA99 الإصدار 2003. يتم ضمان مقاومة الهيكل للأحمال الأفقية والرأسية من خلال نظام التدعيم : جدران مسلحة حاملة. تم تحديد أبعاد وحساب التسليح بالفولاذ لجميع العناصر المقاومة تمت طبقا للمعايير والقوانين المعمول بها بالجزائر: القواعد الجزائرية المضادة للزلزال RPA99 الإصدار 2003 و قانون الخرسانة المسلحة CBA93 تتضمن هذه الدراسة الفنية عدة فصول: عرض المشروع ، الأبعاد المسبقة وخفض الأحمال ، دراسة العناصر الثانوية ، الدراسة الديناميكية ، دراسة العناصر الهيكلية ، دراسة البنية التحتية. الكلمات المفتاحية: عمارة ، خرسانة مسلحة ، جدار مسلح حامل، ETABS ، RPA99V2003 .
