Etude de l’opportunité de remplacement d’un échangeur à eau de mer par un aéroréfrigérant

Abstract

For the unreliability of Heat Exchanger of the decarbonation unit of Arzew’s complex GNL1/Z, we proposed to study on the advisability of replacing the sea-water exchanger with an air cooler. After a conclusive bibliographic analysis, we chose to work on a forced type dry air cooler. We used the ΔTML method as a sizing method for the dry cooler; the latter will be proposed as a possible solution to the shell-tube exchanger, taking into accounts the advantages and disadvantages. الملخص

نظرا لعدم متانة المبادل الحراري لوحدة ازالة الكربون لمركب تمييع الغاز الطبيعي 1 بمنطقة ارزيو اقترحنا دراسة استبدال مبادل الحراري بمياه البحر بمبرد هوائي. بعد دراسة مرجعية معمقة اخترنا دراسة ابعاد مبرد هوائي جاف حيث الهواء يعبر ه بواسطة مراوح . استعملنا طريقة الفرق اللوغاريتمي لدرجة الحرارة لحساب ابعاد المبرد ثم اقتراح هذا الأخير كحل محتمل مع مراعاة المزايا و العيوب .

Résumé

En vu de non fiabilité de l’échangeur de chaleur de l’unité de décarbonatation du complexe GNL1/Z d’Arzew, on a proposé d’étudier l’opportunité de remplacement de l’échangeur à eau de mer par un aéroréfrigérant. Après une analyse bibliographique concluante, nous avons choisi de travailler sur un aéroréfrigérant sec de type forcé. Nous avons utilisé la méthode ΔTML comme méthode de dimensionnement de l’aéroréfrigérant, ce dernier sera proposé comme solution possible face à l’échangeur tube-calandre en tenant compte des avantages et des inconvénients.
