ETUDE D’UN BATIMENT D'HABITATION EN BETON ARME RDC +12 ETAGES + 2 S-SOL EN ( PORTIQUE-VOILE ) SELON LE B.A.E.L 91 ET LE RPA 99 / 2003

Abstract

Ce projet présente une étude détaillée d’un bâtiment de forme irrégulière à usage multiple constitué de deux sous-sol, un rez de chaussée + mezzanine + 12 étages, qui sera implanté dans la wilaya de Oran , classée en zone IIa. Dans le présent travail, nous avons abordé le prédimensionnement des différents éléments, l’étude des planchers et éléments secondaires, l’étude dynamique réalisé par ROBOT BAT et le ferraillage des différents éléments de la structure. Ceci en tenant compte des recommandations du BAEL91 et des règlements parasismiques algériens RPA 99/2003.

ملخص هذا المشروع عبارة عن دراسة مفصلة لعمارة شكل غير منتظم مكونة من طابقين تحت أرضيين و طابق أرضي واتني عشر طابقا علويا,يتم إنجازها بولاية وهران المصنفة ضمن المنطقة الزلزالية رقم IIa . في العمل التالي, تناولنا الأبعاد الأولية للعناصر, دراسة البلاطات والأجزاء الثانوية من البناية, الدراسة الدينامـيكية للبناية بواسطة ROBOT BAT وتسليح مختلف العناصر المكونة للبناية.هذا مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار كل توصيات BAEL91 و القوانين الجزائرية المقاومة للزلازل RPA 99/2003

Summary This project presents a detailed study of an irregular shaped multipurpose building consisting of a two basement, a ground floor + mezzanine + 12 floors, which will be located in the wilaya of Oran, classified zone IIa. In the present work, we have dealt with the presizing of the various elements, the study of the floors and the secondary elements, the dynamic assessment carried out by ROBOT BAT as well as the reinforcement of the various elements of the structure, taking into account the recommendations of BAEL91 and the Algerian seismic regulations RPA 99/2003.
