Influence du C2 sur la température dans les bacs de stokage C3 et sur la section BOG C3 au niveau du complexe Gp1/Z

Abstract

L’aspect d’économie d’énergie est précisément l’une des préoccupations essentielles des exploitants du complexe GP1/Z. Notamment la réduction du nombre des compresseurs mises en marche dans la section boil off gaz afin de réduire la consommation énergétique du complexe. A cet effet, la surconsommation énergétique dans ces derniers vient du changement de la composition de leur charge qui est riche en Ethane. Dans ce travail nous avons établi une simulation par le logiciel hysys du dééthaniseur et une simulation de la section boil off gas ainsi une vérification du Propane reçu par le complexe GL2Zpour trouver la source de l’éthane et analyser son impact sur la température dans les bacs de stockage à basse température et dans la section BOG. Summary : The energy saving aspect is precisely one of the main concerns of the operators of the GP1 / Z complex. In particular the reduction in the number of compressors started in the boil off gas section in order to reduce the energy consumption of the complex. To this end, the energy overconsumption in the latter comes from the change in the composition of their charge which is rich in Ethane. In this work we established a simulation by the hysys software of the deethanizer and a simulation of the boil off gas section thus a verification of the Propane received by the GL2Z complex to find the source of ethane and analyze its impact on the temperature in the tanks storage at low temperature and in the BOG section. ملخص : يعد جانب توفير الطاقة على وجه التحديد أحد الاهتمامات الرئيسية لمشغلي مجمع GP1 / Z. على وجه الخصوص ، بدأ تقليل عدد الضواغط في قسم غليان الغاز من أجل تقليل استهلاك الطاقة في المجمع. تحقيقا لهذه الغاية ، يأتي الاستهلاك المفرط للطاقة في الأخير من التغيير في تكوين حمولتها الغنية بالإيثان. في هذا العمل ، أنشأنا محاكاة بواسطة برنامج hysys لمزيل الإيثان ومحاكاة قسم الغاز المتسرب بالإضافة إلى التحقق من البروبان الذي استقبله مجمع GL2Z للعثور على مصدر الإيثان وتحليل تأثيره على درجة الحرارة في الخزانات. تخزين درجة حرارة منخفضة وفي قسم BOG.
