Séchage des Boues de la STEP de Mostaganem

Abstract

Le séchage des boues constitue une étape essentielle, tant en amont de la valorisation agricole que de l’incinération qui demeureront les deux principales filières d’élimination. Malgré l’intérêt évident du séchage des boues, ce procédé est encore mal maîtrisé. cette opération de séchage est amenée à se développer dans un avenir proche, ou le problème de la gestion des boues en Algérie va devenir crucial à cause de l’énorme augmentation des déchets urbains et industriels.. Ce travail contribue à améliorer les connaissances dans le domaine du séchage des boues d’épuration. Dans le contexte Algérien de l’épuration des eaux usées, par dimensionner un sécheur adaptées au séchage des boues générées par la station d’épuration de la ville de Mostaganem. Abstract Sludge drying is an essential step, both up stream of agricultural valorisation and incineration which will remain the two main disposal channels. Despite the obvious interest in drying sludge, this process is still poorly mastered . Drying operation is set to develop in the near future, were the problem of sludge management in Algeria will become crucial because of the huge increase in urban and industrial waste. This work contributes to improving knowledge in the field of drying sewage sludge. الملخص: يعتبر تجفيف الحمأة خطوة أساسية و مهمة، سواءا بالنسبة للتدوير في المجال الزراعي أو الحرق و اللذان يمثلان مجالات الإزالة الرئيسية، و على الرغم من الاهتمام الواضح بتجفيف الحمأة، إلا أن هذه العملية لا تزال تخضع لإدارة ضعيفة من المفترض أن تتطور هذه العملية في المستقبل القريب، أين ستصبح مشكلة إدارة الحمأة في الجزائر حاسمة بسبب الزيادة الهائلة في المخلفات الحضرية و الصناعية. يساهم هذا العمل في إثراء مجال تجفيف الحمأة الناتجة عن معالجة مياه الصرف. تحت السياق الجزائري، و ذلك من خلال تحديد أبعاد مجفف مناسب لتجفيف الحمأة الناتجة عن محطة معالجة مياه الصرف لمدينة مستغانم.
