Etude du problème d'augmentation de la charge du gaz naturel au niveau du CP1/Z (arzew)

Abstract

 Français : L’aspect d’économie d’énergie est précisément l’une des préoccupations majeures de l’entreprise CP1Z. Dans cet ordre d’idées, le travail qui nous a été confié, par les exploitations de ce complexe a été de faire une étude du problème de l’augmentation de la consommation du gaz naturel pour la même production au niveau de la zone de méthanol. Afin de mener à bien notre travail, nous avons jugé utile de le deviser en deux parties. Une partie théorique qui regroupe deux chapitres. Le premier chapitre concerne la problématique et la description du complexe CP1\Z, le deuxième chapitre représente le four STEAM REFORMING de l’unité méthanol. Dans la partie pratique, nous établirons un bilan matière, ainsi qu’un bilan énergétique qui nous permettront de contrôler le fonctionnement du four. Concernant la section 200 (four) précisément la zone de radiation. Nous clôturerons notre travail par une conclusion générale, ainsi que d’une proposition de quelques recommandations qui pourront être mises à profit afin de régler le problème d’augmentation de la charge GN et améliorer le rendement du four F201.

The aspect of energy saving is precisely one of the major concerns of the CP1Z company. In this vein, the work entrusted to us by the operations of this complex was to carry out a study of the problem of increasing the consumption of natural gas for the same production at the level of the methanol zone. In order to carry out our work, we have found it useful to divide it into two parts. A theoretical part which brings together two chapters. The first chapter concerns the problem and description of the CP1 \ Z complex, the second chapter represents the STEAM REFORMING furnace of the methanol unit. In the practical part, we will establish a material balance, as well as an energy balance that will allow us to control the operation of the furnace. concerning the section 200 (oven) precisely the radiation zone. We will end our work with a general conclusion, as well as a proposal for some recommendations that can be used to solve the problem of increasing the GN load and improve the efficiency of the F201 oven.
