Etude d’un bâtiment (r+10 à usage d’habitation +sous-sol)

Abstract

Notre projet consiste à étudier un bâtiment à usage multiple (habitation et commercial) composé d’un RDC, 10 étages et un sous sol, implanté dans la wilaya de MOSTAGANEM. En premier lieu la description de l’ouvrage, les définitions des caractéristiques des matériaux utilisés et les règlements employé sont été présenté. Après cela on a procédé au pré-dimensionnement des éléments de la structure suivit par l’étude des planchers et des éléments non structuraux. Pour l’étude sismique la méthode dynamique a été choisie, la modélisation de la structure a été faite à l’aide du logiciel « Etabs version 2017 » et les sollicitations ont été tirées par la suite pour le calcul des portiques, voiles et fondations. Les résultats trouvés dans cette étude ont été traduits sur des plans d’exécution à l’aide du logiciel « Autocad 2016». يهدف مشروعنا إلى دراسة مبنى استخدامات متعددة (سكني وتجاري) يتكون من طابق أرضي و 10 طابقًا وطابق ارضي في ولاية مستغانم. في المقام الأول، تم تقديم وصف العمل وتعريفات خصائص المواد المستخدمة والقواعد المستخدمة. بعد ذلك شرعنا في تحديد أبعاد عناصر الهيكل متبوعة بدراسة الطوابق والعناصر غير الهيكلية. بالنسبة للدراسة الزلازل ، تم اختيار الطريقة الديناميكية ، وتم تصميم الهيكل باستخدام برنامج "Etabs 2017" وتم استدراج العروض بعد ذلك لحساب الرافعات والأشرعة والاساسات. تمت ترجمة النتائج الموجودة في هذه الدراسة إلى خطط تنفيذ باستخدام برنامج "Autocad 2016".

Summary

Our project is to study a multipurpose building (residential and commercial) consisting of a ground floor, 12 floors and a basement, located in the wilaya of MOSTAGANEM. In the first place, the description of the work, the definitions of the characteristics of the materials used and the regulations employed were presented. After that we proceeded to pre-dimensioning the elements of the structure followed by the study of floors and non-structural elements. For the seismic study the dynamic method was chosen, the modeling of the structure was done using the software "Etabs 2017" and the solicitations were drawn thereafter for the calculation of the gantries, sails and foundations. The results found in this study were translated into execution plans using the "Autocad 2016" software.
