Abstract

ملخص الدراسة هدفت الدراسة الحالية، المقارنة بين الكفاءات المهنية لمربي األقسام التحضيرية لفئتين مهمتين من المربين وهما فئة الذين تلقوا تكوينا أثناء الخدمة وفئة الذين تلقوا تكوينا بمعهد التكوين والتعليم المهنيين، حيث اتبعنا المنهج المقارن، واستخدام اإلستمارة، لقياس الكفاءات المهنية لمربي التربية التحضيرية من إعداد الباحثة ، طبقت على عينة من 24 مربيا من الجنسين من بينهم 12 من المربين المكونين أثناء الخدمة، و12 من المربيين المتكونين بمعهد التكوين والتعليم المهنيين والحاصلين على شهادة تقني سامي في تربية الطفولة الصغيرة وقد تم اختيار العينة قصدا ، وكذا الوسائل اإلحصائية التالية: - اختبار )ات( لد ارسة الفرق بين العينتين. وبعد المعالجة النظرية والميدانية توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: 1 .يوجد فر و ق داّلة إحصائيا في الكفاءة المهنية للمربين المكونين أثناء الخدمة، والمكونين بمعهد التكوين المهني والتمهين، و يكمن هذا الفرق في مجاالت التحكم في المفاهيم المتعلقة بالمنهاج والدليل المنهجي والمجال المعرفي النظري، و التخطيط، و التنفيذ البيداغوجي، إدارة الصف وتنظيم التعليمات، تقويم نشاطات األطفال، وذلك لصالح المربيين المتكونين أثناء الخدمة. 2 .ال توجد فروق داّلة إحصائيا في الكفاءة المهنية للمربين المكونين أثناء الخدمة والمكونين بمعهد التكوين المهني والتمهين، في مجاالت التواصل والتفاعل وتنظيم ا فية. ّ لنشاطات الص د الكلمات المفتاحية: الكفاءة المهنية - مربي التربية التحضيرية- التكوين أثناء الخدمة - التكوين بمعاهد التكوين والتعليم

Résumé de l'étude La présente étude visait à comparer les compétences professionnelles des éducateurs des classes pré-scolaires pour deux catégories importantes d'éducateurs, à savoir la catégorie qui a reçu une formation en cours de service et la catégorie qui a reçu une formation à l'Institut de formation et d'enseignement professionnels, où nous avons suivi l'approche comparative, et en utilisant un formulaire pour mesurer les compétences professionnelles des éducateurs de l'éducation pré- scalaire préparé par le chercheur, appliqué à un échantillon de 24 éducateurs des deux sexes a été divisé également en 12 dans chaque groupe: un groupe d'éducateurs formé pendant le service, et un groupe formé par l'Institut de formation professionnelle et détenteurs d'un diplôme de technicien supérieur dans la petite enfance, l'échantillon a été choisi intentionnellement. Ainsi que les moyens statistiques suivants: -Test T pour étudier la différence entre les deux échantillons. Après traitement théorique et terrain, nous avons atteint les résultats suivants: 1- Il existe une différence dans la compétence professionnelle des formateurs formés pendant le service et qui sont formés à l'Institut de formation professionnelle et d'apprentissage, et cette différence réside dans les domaines du contrôle des concepts liés au curriculum et au guide méthodologique et au domaine des connaissances théoriques, à la planification, à la mise en œuvre pédagogique, à la gestion des classes et à l'organisation des instructions, à l'évaluation des activités des enfants. ه 2- Il n'y a pas de différences dans les compétences professionnelles des formateurs formés pendant le service et formés à l'Institut de formation professionnelle et d'apprentissage dans les domaines de la communication, de l'interaction et de l'organisation des activités de classe. les mots clés: Éducateurs de l'éducation pré-scolaire - Formation continue - Compétence professionnelle - Éducateurs formés par l’institut de la formation et l’enseignement supérieur.

Study summary: The current study aimed at comparing the professional competencies of the preparatory departments educators for two important classes of educators, namely the category who received training during service and the category who received training at the Institute of Vocational Training and Education, where we followed the comparative approach, and using a form to measure the professional competencies of the educators of the preparatory education prepared by the researcher, applied to A sample of 24 educators of both sexes was divided equally into 12 in each group: a group of educators formed during the service, and a group formed by the Institute of Vocational Training and holders of a high technical diploma in small childhood education, the sample was chosen intentionally. As well as the following statistical means: -T test to study the difference between the two samples. After theoretical and field treatment, we reached the following results: 1- There is a difference in the professional competence of the trainers formed during the service and who are trained in the Institute of Vocational Training and Apprenticeship, and this difference lies in the fields of controlling the concepts related to the curriculum and the methodological guide and the theoretical knowledge field, planning, pedagogical و implementation, class management and instructions organization, evaluation of children's activities. 2- There are no differences in the professional competence of the trainers formed during the service and who are trained in the Institute of Vocational Training and Apprenticeship in the areas of communication, interaction and organization of class activities. key words: Preparatory education educators - In-service training - Professional competence - Educators trained by vocational training and education institutes.
