La production d’ammoniac au niveau du complexe FERTIAL d’Arzew.

Abstract

L'ammoniac est un composé chimique qui contient 82% d'azote, incolore, toxique et a une odeur très irritante. Il est utilisé par les complexes industriels pour fabriquer des engrais, des explosifs et des polymères. En Algérie, FERTIAL est l'une des usines produisant de l'ammoniac. Ce complexe utilise le gaz naturel et l'air comme matières premières, et c'est là que nous montrons dans notre travail la méthode d'obtention de l'ammoniac en général et à travers le procédé CHIMICO qui est installé ou adopté au niveau de FERTIAL Ce travail, qui fait partie du projet de fin d’étude de master en génie de pétrochimie dans un système LMD, examine les différentes étapes et conditions de fabrication de l'ammoniac à travers le procédé CHIMICO.

Summary Ammonia is a chemical compound that contains 82% nitrogen, colorless, poisonous, and has a very irritating odor. complexes and industries to make fertilizers, explosives and polymers. In Algeria, FERTIAL is one of the factories producing ammonia. This complexe uses natural gas and air as raw materials, and this is where we show in our work the method of obtaining ammonia in general and through the CHIMICO process, which is carried out at FERTIAL.
