dc.description.abstract |
The primary goal of our works is the calculation method of simulating a gas separation (rectification).
tray by tray method allows us to control all parameters affecting influencing the process such as temperature, pressure , along the column in the distillate and the residue obtained, in other words the chemical composition of the vapor phase and the liquid phase in each point of the column, can be regulate in the case falling where it has disturbance transfer by (occurring on the feed heating) intervening on the heating of the feed or cooling of the distillate to have a reflux with the desired temperature, or the rebouillage to regulate the temperature at the bottom of the column.
So, simulation with the software hysys and chem cad allows us to choose proper suitably operating parameters of operation (temperature, pressure) to have products for products (distillate and residue) with desired compositions. Thus simulation allows to have better quality products. |
