dc.description.abstract |
We chose the topic of this research after taking a response and very carefully, and the topic of the impact of the quality of public services on the satisfaction of the recipient of the service is one of the basics of every society, as the public service, especially civil status services, affects a wide segment of society, and why we do not say all members of society, It accompanies the recipient of the service throughout his life and exceeds until his death, and in order for this research to be of help to everyone who wants to learn about the authority's tasks and how to improve its free services that are widely popular, despite the free services provided to people, they are often of utmost importance more than Services for which a sum of money is paid in another service sector, and this is due to the importance of documents or what we call the service product in the form of service marketing, so in our study we adopted the descriptive approach in which we dealt with the theoretical part and the analytical approach to treat the evidence related to the studied sample.
Through our analysis of the sample results, we concluded that there is a difference in the evaluation of the actual performance of the service provided by the Civil Status Authority, and the hypothesis of the existence of a correlation relationship between the indicators of service quality provided by the Civil Status Authority and the satisfaction of the service recipient, the latter that always aspires To obtain a high-end service to facilitate his daily life on the one hand, and to enhance his sense of belonging to his homeland on the other hand. |
