dc.description.abstract |
After removing the CO2 in the decarbonization section, the gas passes to the dehydration
section in order to remove all traces of water that may solidify in the cryogenic equipment. After
passing the gas through the separator, two dryers are installed in each train liquefaction, roles are
eliminated the remaining water in the gas to 1 ppm.
The desiccants used to remove water by the adsorption principle at GNL1 / Z are 4A ° DG-TRISIV of
molecular sieves type, the pressure drop at the outlet of the dryers should not exceed than 0.5 bar during 12 h of adsorption, on the unit of GNL1 / Z, the pressure drop reaches to 0.9 bar after one cycle of adsorption, which explains the saturation of molecular sieves for 12 h of adsorption. Our job is to solve the problem of pressure increasing by lowering the temperature at the separator. |
