dc.description.abstract Nowadays health and nutritional status of school children occupy a place of choice for many developing countries of International and Non-Governmental Organizations. As an imbalance dietary seriously affects their education, due to a drop in performance and chronic absenteeism whose consequence is the abandonment or expulsion of the child. This is why the student is a priority target of improving family and socio-economic conditions. The situation of recurrent food and nutritional insecurity affecting around 155 million children worldwide, including 59 million in Africa and particularly those in the Sahel and the Horn of Africa, constitutes a major public health, development and of global collective consciousness in this new context of globalization of prosperity, rights of survival, education and protection of children. en_US
