dc.description.abstract |
The objective of this work is to establish a program that determines the electron
trajectories and backscattered electrons in a solid material bombed by an electron beam and
using the statistical Monte Carlo method. From these parameters, we calculated the energy
dissipation function who’s current EBIC (Electron Beam Induced Current) is extracted. |
